Return & Refund Policy

At Shopinness, we care about your satisfaction. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do everything we can to fix it. Please read the following return and refund policy carefully before submitting a request.


🔄 Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation number or receipt)

Returns requested after 14 days may not be accepted.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Personal care or hygiene items (e.g. face rollers, hair trimmers)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Customized or personalized items

These items are exempt due to hygiene or customization reasons.


📩 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@shopinness.com with the subject line “Return Request + [Your Order Number]”.

In your message, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return (optional, but helpful)

We will respond with return instructions and return shipping address within 1–2 business days.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds usually appear within 7–10 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once processed

If the product is not in original condition or is damaged upon return, only a partial refund may be granted.


📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless:

  • The product arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was sent

If this is the case, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the issue.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item:

  1. Return the item using the steps above
  2. Place a new order for the item you want instead

⏳ Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider
  3. If the issue continues, contact us at info@shopinness.com

We will assist you in tracking the transaction.


🌍 International Returns

Returns are accepted internationally, but please be aware that:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location

We recommend using a tracked shipping method for international returns.
